2 days in the bamb(oo!) 4.gifest now \ we were not quite guests, not quite resi.dent.s \ eye8.gif helped c(oo!)k \ big outdoor cafe.teria under canvas r(oo!)f \ community about 75 people altogether \ eye8.gif learned several dishes I want to share with you guise at some soon l.it.erary lunch \ they watched us but sh.ow.ed us no.thing, until
un.til one particular bedtime 1 helpful fell.ow, the 1 who showed us our beds the 1st night, answered the musicnote2.gif of his mobile phone \ and took us for a long midnight walk through nighttime jungle \ almost (toe)tal (stubbing) darkness \ surprise bugs and leafs in our faces \ stepping onto log(lla)bridges and into puddles

For me: flashback to 1970 no.r.thern california count.erculture back-to-the-land movment \ "hippies," others called them \ "freaks," they called them.sel(l)ves \ techno-simplicity \ hopeful & heart6.gifomanticized coincidence between ultra-sophisticated, highly-educated elite and (mis)taken vi(er)sion of "primitive" culture \ real dreaming d(r.ea.l)ming that it gets so complicated that it gets sim(pull)e again
